Bee's Knees Cocktail

Gin, lemon, and honey — bright, floral, and dangerously easy to sip.

How to make it

    Make honey syrup: mix half local honey with half hot water, stir until the honey dissolves, and cool before using.

    Add the gin, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker with ice.

    Shake until cold and strain into a chilled glass.
