Tuna, Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar Salad

Pantry to plate in a minute — good tuna, olive oil, and a splash of red wine vinegar.

How to make it

    Place the romaine on a platter.

    Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil across the romaine.

    Distribute the tuna across the romaine.

    Drizzle another 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil over the tuna, followed by 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar.

    Sprinkle 2 pinches of coarse sea salt across the salad.

    Serve as whole romaine heads or cut into large chunks, with extra oil, vinegar, or salt to taste.
