Italian Salad Dressing

Once you blend up your own, the bottled stuff goes in the bin for good.

How to make it

    Put all the ingredients in a jar large enough for an immersion blender.

    Blend on high until combined, 5–10 seconds (a smoothie blender works too).

  3. 3

    Pour into a dressing container and store in the fridge up to a month (use fresh mayo, or shelf-life drops).

Brooke’s note

Take it out an hour before using to come to room temperature, then shake well before dressing your salad.
