Parmesan Chicken
Crisp, golden, weeknight-fast — I love it with steamed broccoli.
How to make it
- 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- 2
Sprinkle garlic salt across the bottom of a baking dish, then place the chicken breasts in the dish.
- 3
Sprinkle the chicken with garlic salt, then a pinch of salt on each breast.
- 4
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of sour cream across each piece.
- 5
Add fresh ground pepper to taste, then liberally top with shredded Parmesan.
- 6
Bake 25 minutes at 375°F, then broil at 500°F for 4 more minutes to brown the Parmesan.
- 7
Serve with your favorite vegetable or sides.
Brooke’s note
Keep breasts under about an inch thick, or adjust the time (or filet them bun-style). Cooked chicken should reach 165°F.
