Brooke's Air Fryer Chicken with Garlic Aioli

Crispy air-fryer chicken thighs with a garlicky aioli you'll want on everything.

How to make it

Chicken

  • 4bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs, 4–5
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

    Pat the chicken dry, rub olive oil into the skin, and season with salt and pepper.

    Air fry at 390°F for 45 minutes — the first 10 minutes skin-side down, then finish skin-side up.

    Cook until about 175°F internal temperature.

Garlic Aioli

  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 2.5 tbsplemon juice
  • 0.5 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppepper
  • 1.5 cupmayonnaise

    Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise until smooth.
