Brooke's Butter Rice

A light-tasting basmati rice that quietly makes the whole plate better.

How to make it

    Combine the rice, water, butter, and salt in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to the lowest heat.

    Cook covered until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, then fluff and serve.

Brooke’s note

Try it with steamed broccoli, Brooke's Air Fryer Chicken, and garlic aioli. Use ⅓ of the butter for a lighter version.
